This report is a failure to suspend. I haven't been able to test resume (obviously :> ) This failure to suspend happens 100% reliably. Suspend/resume on this laptop worked OK on Hardy. Furthermore, I was running Jaunty kernels on Hardy and that combination worked OK as well.
