In my case (reported as https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/336737) this does not occur when Nautilus starts, but when I close a Nautilus which I have started from the command line. Pedro Villavicencio thought it was a duplicate of this bug (which it may very well be), so he closed my bug report.
