...however, the bug seems to have vanished after changing AccelMethod from EXA to XAA (as I've read elsewhere)........ however, the compositing is too slow afterwards and also firefox webpage scrolling seems to be much slower in composite mode.. gonna fill bug to ati guys then, I guess :-)
