Forgot to mention this: though the scrollbar bug seems to affect Smokey- Blue only, the background bug applies to all controls. e.g.,
6. From 'Theme Details' dialog, inside the 'Controls' tab, select 'Thin Ice'. 7. Behold, half the bug!
