Binary package hint: ktorrent

When setting the max upload/download speed using systray context menu
ktorrent crashes,

Steps:

1. Right click on ktorrent systray icon
2. Set max upload/ download speed

What happens:
Ktorrent saves the setting but creashes

What is expected:

ktorrent should set the speed limit but should not crash
