Sorry for the delayed response here.  I noticed the following messages
in your DpkgTerminalLog.txt.  Particularly the first line looks to be
the root cause.  Can you comment if this is still an issue for you?  If
so, it seems related to bug 311280.  Please let us know.  Thanks.
