can you briefly tell us how to 'try the Jaunty 2.6.28-11 kernel' ... is this something we can do using the update manager and then go back to our normal intrepid life? Can we just download/install/boot the 2.6.28-11 kernel in an intrepid background? Would that be of help to debug the issue? Sorry for the questions, but I'd like to be of help.
