Mixed news on this, basically, IndexHelper is allowed to crash, we don't
want it too, but beagle was designed, so that this part could go down,
and beagle would still run. Given that the stack trace revals almost
nothing, there was a very good chance this was a race condition. And an
older once. If there is a repeat, please reopen.
