Binary package hint: soundkonverter
soundkonverter 0.3.8-2 under intrebit ibex 4.2 doesn't encodes wave to
mp3 and back. It only encodes mp3 to ogg and wave to ogg. when you try
to do wave to mp3 you would get a file without title and a hearable
piping tone...
