As far as I understand, the builds without ubuntu in the version are direct 
imports from Debian. Thus, It's possible that 0.2.8.2.1-8 never was in any 
Ubuntu release, not even a test build. It could be that they discard builds 
that were done during the testing period. So to be on the safe side and not 
miss anything, you'd need to mirror this directory without deleting old files:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/a/armagetronad/
Current testing builds are in there.
