I have the same errors on a fresh Jaunty Alpha 6 install with GeForce 9600GT and the restricted NVIDIA drivers installed (180.37). The second monitor is set up as separate xscreen with absolute setting (so +1280 + 0 and not RightOf). I am not able to start nautilus on the 2ns screen, neither from menu, terminal nor using the DISPLAY=:0.1 workaround which worked in intrepid.
