On a fresh installed 8.10, i had the same problem. Tried the same with
the msi=0 msix=0 but this didn't made any changes.

I decided to blame something else for this issue and so i started to
search on my 'Message too large' problem, which i was getting when using
'dhclient eth0'.

To solve my problem, the answer was quite simple ^^

Edit: /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf

..and search for 'interface-mtu' (Without the quotes ofcourse. Comment
this one out or disable it on your way. Reboot and prair ;)

This one worked for me
