OK, so after some unrelated technical difficulties on the atom platform
I was testing with, I've got some data points for it.

Using the same test scenarios as the fast hardware, I tested on an Inspiron
Mini 10:
w/ ubiquity 1.11.16 & A6 DVD: 44 minutes
w/ ubiquity 1.11.18 & A6 DVD: 24 minutes

The hard hitters appear to be resolved, and I think this bug is good to
mark as Fixed now. I'm thinking that its going to boil down to hardware
limitations at this point. If there are any other specific portions of
the install that end up being lengthy that can be improved, we can
reraise them as separate items.
