Ok, in that case, I recommend looking on the Firefox website to see if there is a fix. If not, you may need to file a report. You may even need to end up reinstalling firefox and seeing if that does anything. I will let you decide what will work best for you. As this is technically an issue in Windows, my recommendation might be to search Google for an answer if the Mozilla website doesn't lead you anywhere.
