Ok, in that case, I recommend looking on the Firefox website to see if
there is a fix. If not, you may need to file a report. You may even need
to end up reinstalling firefox and seeing if that does anything. I will
let you decide what will work best for you. In any case, this is not an
Ubuntu-related bug, so I am marking this as invalid. You can always ask
a question under the "Answers" tab if you would like, or you can convert
this to a question. As this is technically an issue in Windows, my
recommendation might be to search Google for an answer if the Mozilla
website doesn't lead you anywhere. I am certain you are not the first
person to have that problem in Windows. Let us know if we can further
