Hi, Sorry i was away for sometime and could not try the fix suggested.
Today i tried it and it worked but i am not convinced. The fix just made eth1 not to be up during boot time. The problem i reported had eth0 and eth1 up during boot time. i bring down eth1 manually after booting and go to hibernate with just eth0 up. As far as my understanding is hibernation remembers the state of the machine before it hibernates and is not relying on any static files. If this is true while coming back from hibernation only eth1 should be up.
