I can reproduce the behaviour the original reporter shows, however, I
don't think this is a bug. I can reproduce what the reporter claims when
doing "/bin/rm -r <whatever>".

I don't think this is a bug because AFAIK this is the expected behaviour
for rm -r?

This is on intrepid.
