Epxeriencing the same thing with the same motherboard. Ubuntu works fine withe the onboard graphic chipset. Adding my nvidia geforce 7300 se brings up tons of "+------ PCI-Express Device Error ------+".
Seems the AER driver panics. Adding the option aerdriver.forceload=y in /boot/grub/menu.lst has no effect. Setting the option "Primary Graphic's Adapter" to PCIEx in the BIOS has no effect. Windows user do not experience this problem, so it appears to be an incompatibility between linux/ubuntu and this motherboard.
