Public bug reported: I installed Intrepid in my Intel D945GCLF motherboard which integrated a ATOM 230 CPU. It has a integrated R8101 network controller and adapter, and after the system boot it's report using a r8169 kernel driver. But it still cannot got DHCP IP address. and when I run ifconfig, it shows eth0 has a extremely big number of 'dropped' information.
