adding variables to: * disable the security repository (for Debian Unstable) * change the host used for the security repository (to security.debian.org) * which components to use (no universe, restricted, multiverse in debian) * changing what's appended to BUILD_PKGS (pkg-create-dbgsym and pkgbinarymangler don't exist in Debian) * which keyring package gets installed (debian-archive-keyring instead of ubuntu-keyring)
