I got it away in 'repairing' packages by the easy grub-recoverymode-menu. After a new kernel was installed (apt-get hadn't anything, just dpkg) and a new nvidia package configured, nothing was selected in the hardware-driver menu. I manually activated nvidia 180 and after a reboot, this problem and glxinfo or compiz problems were gone.
