Public bug reported: When switching to a screen with lower resolution than the screen the system booted with, the notifications (i.e. when changing volume, display brightness, etc) are still aligned as if the display had the resolution of the first one, resulting in the notification being shown only partially (the rest is outside the viewable area).
To reproduce: - Boot system with first screen (in my case 1400x900) - Switch to second screen (in my case 1280x1024) - Notice that notifications still align as if the second screen had the same resolution of the first one (here 1400x900 - see attachment) ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Notification position does not adapt to external resolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/340124 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
