I'm still getting the same error. I gave it 'a couple of days' as suggested by Iain Lane (not accusing you of fibbing here, you were the one that said it, that was all) but even after sudo apt-get updates and upgrades I still can't install python-webkitgtk still with the same error mentioned first.
Just in case my server was the one that hadn't been updated (was the US server) I changed to the 'main' server and still had the same problem. I'm assuming that the 'main' server is the first one updated and then the changes are propagated around the world. I'm running 64 bit Jaunty.
