Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop
There is no X.org configuration GUI for Kubuntu Intrepid! In KDE3 there was a nice configurator in the Desktop section of the control centre. In KDE4 there is no such thing! Please implement such a package! The only way I could get my nvidia card working was to copy an xorg.conf from OpenSUSE! (At that point, with nvidia 180.11 and custom 180.22 drivers, the right screen resolutions didn't show up in either the KDE monitor config tool or nvidia-settings. Please create a graphicaL graphics card/monitor configuration program for kde4 or kubuntu, including custom monitor frequency settings. Using KDE 4.2.
