OpenDict is in Universe too, so this is no reason for it to depend on
espeak over festival. We currently get this package unmodified from
Debian, and if we were to apply this change then we would have to
maintain the patch until it is adopted elsewhere. In short, I think that
the drawbacks outweigh the gains here.
Please file a bug with Debian if you'd like to try and get this change
incorporated there and then we will get it automatically.
