I just tried latest Kubuntu Jaunty Alpha 5 liveCD (this time 64bit version) and tried to sleep system from disc. Now system didn't freeze completely, but now it seems to behave like on my installed Intrepid 32bit version when it recovers.
>From Jaunty liveCD this time I could bring system to desktop with my usb mouse and issues command dmesg by virtualkeyboard and here's last part of command as an attachment I saved in text file. Is there something odd beginning from timestamp [ 4730.936084] ? So now I can try to do some data gathering on this issue if needed from this liveCD. ** Attachment added: "kubuntu_jaunty_alpha5_sleep_dmesg_on_64bit_version" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/23335010/kubuntu_jaunty_alpha5_sleep_dmesg_on_64bit_version -- [Intrepid]HP Pavilion DV7-1003eo Suspend to ram doesn't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/318546 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
