@ Amnon82 Uploading binaries here is usually a bad idea, it may result more broken systems than before. I hope you understand what I mean. Building from source package is safer.
I'd suggest you to check out Ubuntu wiki, ubuntuforums.org or ask in ubuntu #irc channels if you have packaging related questions.
