I'm re-opening this bug as I can reproduce it on the latest jaunty
kernel 2.6.28-8-generic. dmesg is reporting "[ 6.161116] ath5k phy0:
Atheros AR2414 chip found (MAC: 0x79, PHY: 0x45)" while lshw reports
"Atheros AR5001X+ Wireless Network Adapter" (AR5212 chipset). lspci
also reports AR5001X+ for the wireless adapter. I'm not entirely sure
which one is the correct chip ID. The wireless card is a Netgear WPN311
rev01.
