Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

I can perfectly pair my mobilephone (SonyEricsson K550i) with my
computer. After pairing everything works fine: I can send files and
gnome-phone-manger is connecting. But after restarting my computer
nothing is working.

In order to use the connection to my mobilephone again, it's necessary
to delete the phone from the list of paired devices and add it as a new
device again. For this I even have to reboot after I deleted the device
from list.
