Public bug reported:

I can't install ATI driver (fglrx) in my PC. I think that the problem is
the AGP port. The chip of This graphics card is for PCI-Express, but the
manufacturer Sapphire put it in AGP.

In Windows I have the same problem. The drivers for this Graphic card
are for PCI-Express, but ATI release a "hotfix" for AGP cards when a new
version of drivers is released.
