@Nautilus -- I would tend to agree but as Jaunty is past feature freeze
all places this could be considered for are now in 'minimum changes'
mode.  So although just removing it should be safe across the board,
this is guarenteed safer and more likely to be accepted.  As for the
route change, again least changes is easiest to get in.
