Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: k3b
k3b from 8.10 doesn't follows users locale settings despite of k3b-i18n
package. Moreover there is no way to change language. The only available
is American English. It was working fine in previous edition of Ubuntu.
My father reported similar problems with other QT programs
