The Quick Start Wizard let's you choose several options (e.g. the
document class, packages, author...) and should create a LaTeX document
including these options. Currently it creates empty documents only,
regardless if invoked through 'File -> New -> Empty Document' with
'Start the Quick Start wizard when creating an empty LaTeX file' enabled
or through 'Wizard -> Quick Start'.
