Hi techies...... I seemed to be having the same issue of "Ctrl+enter" not working and also "Enter" not working on the location bar.....After a lot of googling, i came to know that this issue can be caused by "AVG SAFE- SEARCH" extension....
So, i went down to "Tools->Addons->Extensions".... got to "AVG SAFE SEARCH", disabled it. And presto, it worked. So all you guys finding out diff ways to solve this, try this solution. If you dont find "AVG SAFE-SEARCH" in your extensions box, then GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL.........
