I encountered the same problem on a Dell XPS M1330 with the Nvidia 8400M GS graphics adapter. I use suspend, resume and hibernation regularly, however this is the first time I this error occurs on Jaunty after milestone jaunty-alpha-4 (I installed jaunty then). If the problem persists, I will post console output.
