Hi Sebastien, Yes it's reproducible. Just switch mousekeys on, unplug the keyboard and then plug it back in. Mouse keys may be flagged in gnome-keyboard- properties as 'on' but none the less it's not working. You have to switch it back 'on'.
Now you'll probably say, that's not really a bug because no one is going to follow this sequence very often. But if you use a KVM switch to go from one system to another and back again, that is exactly what Linux thinks you're doing. I have the problem in 8.10. I'm pretty sure the problem was there in 8.04. It's also there in Fedora 10.
