Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. Though this might be
hard to work with this is not a bug in aptitude. Tab-completion is a
method of showing possible targets. So if there are programs with names
like this they need to be showed. If this is really too hard for you,
you could create an alias for aptitude in your shell configuration.
