I haven't had the looping bongo drums bug in a long time. I have been installing updates when they are available so I assume that the bug was fixed in one of the updates. Here is my current status: DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=8.04 DISTRIB_CODENAME=hardy DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 8.04.2"
