Public bug reported: Binary package hint: dolphin
1) lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch) Release: 9.04 vi...@seattle:~$ uname -a Linux seattle 2.6.28-8-generic #24-Ubuntu SMP Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux 2) apt-cache policy dolphin dolphin: Installed: 4:4.2.0-0ubuntu3 Candidate: 4:4.2.0-0ubuntu3 Version table: *** 4:4.2.0-0ubuntu3 0 500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 3) What I expected to happen: a) Configure System Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse > Icons > Double-click to open files and folders b) Open Dolphin and show the folders tree (F7 or View > Panels > Folders) c) Single-click a folder in the tree, the folder's contents are shown in the main panel on the right. 4) What happened instead: In step (c), it doesn't show the folder's contents. I have to double-click the folder in the tree to do that. I hope this is a bug, and not the planned behavior... Thank you. ** Affects: dolphin (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Dolphin requires you to double-click a folder in the tree to show it if KDE is configured so https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/331645 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
