Mr. Villavicencio, I'm using the latest Jaunty build on an older computer with dual-head ATI Radeon 7000/VE running with the xorg radeon driver. I'm also having the issue of maximised apps going to the wrong screen. At first I thought this is still not fixed, but I just discovered that if I simply toggle to Metacity from Compiz Fusion as my window manager (using Compiz Fusion icon) and then back to Compiz Fusion again the problem is gone. I have to do this each time I restart the computer or logoff. I'm also having an issue where both screens default to mirrored mode after a reboot or logoff. I haven't found the fix for that yet.
