Well, it's not the pages the community creates that we're necessarily
worried about... but that being said, the doc team has a QA process to
ensure the best stuff (accurate, easy to read) is more prominent than
stuff that hasn't been tested.

Regarding weighting, what I mean is that the search results will show
official documentation first (which is all community written, btw) for
two documents that otherwise equally match the search phrase.

For example, if two identical documents exist, one in help.ubuntu.com,
the other in wiki.ubuntu.com, the help.ubuntu.com doc shows above the
wiki doc. However, if the only matching doc is on the wiki, it will be
shown in the search results.

If a person wishes to only search the wiki, or only see results from the
wiki, they can do that. Likewise, if we wish to make a search box that
says, "search all of help.ubuntu.com" we can do that as well.
