** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When scrolling up (doesn't happen when I scroll down) just one tick of
- the scroll wheel, firefox scrolls either back or forward just one page.
- If it scrolled backward, the next time it scrolls forward. If it
- scrolled forward, the next time it scrolls backward.
+ the scroll wheel, firefox goes either back or forward just one page in
+ my browser history. If it scrolled backward, the next time it goes
+ forward one page. If it scrolled forward, the next time it goes backward
+ one page.

This is completely annoying as I like my scroll wheel and use it all the
time to scroll whatever page I'm viewing either up or down. I don't care
to ever use my scroll wheel to scroll through my browsing history.

I've seen this behavior in Windows, but I'm using Ubuntu Linux.

  Please fix this bug. Thanks.
