I installed for testing purposes ispcp and removed it lately, because it does
not meet my needs.
Then, apache2 did not execute php code anymore. I decided to remove apache2
completly and reinstall it again. But that let me in a kind of dead lock. I can
not install apache because ldap-account-manager wants to start apache. I can
not remove ldap-account-manager, because it tries to stop apache (which is not
there anymore).
