I don`t think I understand this bug report. You have have Personal adresses and Collected adresses.
Also you can choose in Edit>Preferences>Mail&Newsgroups>Adressing , wheither collected adresses should be put in Collected Addresses or in Personal addresses. When you click on +Adresss it opens Personal Adress book by default. If there is no addresses in Personal adress book, there will be no addresses displayed. Do you think there should be default to open collected adresses instead of personal adresses? What for? There is reason why Different views are there.
