Now that we closed this bug, I got it again! edgy on AMD 64, fully up to date.
When I set the power saving as per attached, it suspends, the disks power down, etc. But when i come back, hit a key, the disks come back, but the screen never receives any input. I assume that the graphics card is not sending any output... I have to reboot to get back to work. I am available for more info.
