Thank you for this report. What you are experiencing is not really a
bug. You have libxfce4util4 4.4.3-0ubuntu1~intrepid1 from backports
installed. Since that version is newer than 4.4.2-3ubuntu2, which is the
Intrepid version, the update for it failed because the installed package
is newer than the update.
This is normal behavior when a newer package is present. Please report
any new bugs you find.
