I commented out the following two lines in /etc/xml/catalog <!-- delegatePublic publicIdStartString="-//GNUstep//DTD gsdoc" catalog="file:///etc/xml/gnustep-base-common.xml"/--> <!-- delegatePublic publicIdStartString="-//GNUstep//DTD plist" catalog="file:///etc/xml/gnustep-base-common.xml"/ -->
