Confirming this bug on a Lenovo Thinkpad T500 with Intel GMA 4500MHD
("Cantiga") graphics.This does not seem to be just a KDE Problem, compiz is just as slow. Moving windows works well, but opening/closing/minimizing/restoring lags horribly (half a second or more). Animations of any kind are unusable. Compositing on the same Hardware worked very well in Intrepid.
