No, Michael, I am sorry but this bug is *NOT* fixed. Before this latest update, I saw the problem described as "the window controls are there, but invisible/grey. If you click in the grey bar where the close button is, for instance, it'll close." HOWEVER, *after* installing the latest fix this morning, the entire title bar is gone.
