Here is an interesting bit. I see one circumstance where Flash 10 will generally work: Go to youtube or some other site with a flash movie on the page. You will see a white region where the flash movie is. Right click on the flash movie and the flash menu comes up. None of the actions do anything, except the last one, which says "About Adobe Flash Player 10". Select that one, and a new tab opens. Wait a while to be sure the page is loaded, and then change to that tab. The flash movie at the to will usually play. However, if you reload this page, it will be a white rectangle.
