Hi Joseph, I'm the guy who takes care of gwyddion in Debian. I finished packaging 2.13-1 yesterday evening, it's sitting in Debian-Med's SVN and waiting for a sponsor. This version is going to feature gwyddion's Python scripting interface pygwy, finally.
